Homoeopathy became a part my life. A gift of life. Gratitude for a gift came to be the driving force for my efforts. It is the little things in life which give the deciding impetus. My father, Dr. Santosh Kumar Roy, showed me (us), in small doses, the power and grace of homoeopathy. A magical world full of wonders. He was a born story-teller. That’s how I learned homoeopathy from his passionately told tales of healing. In India, even today, people with the most severe diseases do go to a homoeopath. In those days I went to the villages and treated all kinds of cases – cholera, typhoid, encephalitis, rheumatism, asthma. Very soon the desire to gather and structure all the important knowledge gained took hold of me. Success did not come that easy any more as in the early days of fun where God, unknown to me, had taken over. God steps aside and you have to work hard. My father always said you need a good repertory to be successful. I soon saw the need for a truly good repertory. A long road lay before me.

That has been the basis of the inspiration to build up a practically oriented and reliable work.
